Design Development & Documentation
This is for studios that have an approved design concept and need it developed into a Revit model and a coordinated documentation package, including plans, elevations, sections, interior details and schedules.
Revit Model for Visualisation
This is for studios that have an approved design concept and need only a Revit model created for handover to their rendering specialist.
Revit Model to Documentation
This is for studios that have an existing Revit model and need the required plans, elevations, sections and schedules produced within their templates and documentation standards.
Custom Joinery Documentation
This is for studios that have an existing Revit model and need only the joinery technical details required for manufacture.
FF&E Specifications & Schedules
This is for studios that have approved furniture, fittings and equipment selections and need them documented in specification sheets, schedules and itemised quantity lists.
Selected Technical Drawings
This is for studios that need specific plans, elevations, sections or technical details produced or updated without requiring a complete Revit model or documentation package.
The Studio fit project
Experience how we work before committing to a larger project. Choose one service for one room of up to 20m² for a fixed fee of R4,500. We work within your brief, templates and standards, giving you a clear way to assess our quality and fit.
If you proceed with a larger project within 14 days, the full R4,500 will be credited towards your project.
